:We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what\'s possible.As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Banking\'s Global Investment & Corporate Banking team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\'s business objectives.Job responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• Identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Architectural Design: Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions using Java,Spring,Microservices,Redis,Redshift,S3,SQL/NoSQL DB, DyanmoDB, Junit frameworks and Kafka technologies
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Possess proven hands-on knowledge of Cloud computing, containerization technologies/Kubernetes/AWS ECS, database design (SQL/No SQL)
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka-based solutions into existing systems and applications. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Code Review: Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimizing Kafka-based solutions for optimal throughput and latency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and process flowcharts.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing necessary measures to protect data and systems.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues and system failures in a timely manner.
