Responsibilities


Java lead with a strong technical leadership skills who can lead a delivery team independently by directly interacting with Paris PO and other stakeholders. Expected to be the mentor of junior staff, own the quality of deliverables, be the torchbearer of best practices in the team.

• Should have good experience in Java opensource technology.
• Good communication skills for interaction with counterparts in Paris.


.Should have worked on Scrum/Kanban methodologies


Should be able to independently manage the activities assigned to individual & team with minimum guidance from the Manger.


Should be able to work with lead/Senier resources in the team.


Should be able to provide support/resolution on technical issues across the team


Profile required

• Should have a strong experience in the following
• JAVA EE (Spring boot, Data, Security, Batch, Hibernate/JPA)
• Java 17/21
• ReactJs
• TDD Test Driven Development (both java [JUnit] and React [vitest/Jest]), BDD using Cypress/Cucumber
• RESTFul architecture, API, Web services
• Strong implementation skills in design patterns
• DevOps - Git, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Public cloud - AWS
• Agile (SCRUM)
