Job Responsibilities

• Participate in iteration planning meetings
• Participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
• Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product
• Practice test-driven development in writing software and building product
• Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
• Provides support for software products in all environments including production
• Participate in code review and design reviews

Experience

7-10

• 7-10 years of experience working on TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ADMIN, TIBCO HAWK, APIGEE, SQL QUERIES
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, Test driven development
• Experience in SAFe/Agile development process
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Strong troubleshooting, triaging and problem-solving skills to effectively find root cause to problems
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written) with technical and leadership team
