As Lead SOC Analyst, your mission is to lead a team of SOC Analysts at the forefront of our defences who are the first to react and respond to new threats. Working on our full stack for detection and response ranging from endpoint, over identity, to network, you protect everything from complex legacy systems to bleeding edge cloud implementations. In this role, you will be able to develop your skills and capabilities by responding to a variety of attacks. Your diligence and attention to detail enables you to spot attacks accurately and deliver topmost quality. Next to direct operations work, you contribute to projects interfacing with customers as well as internally to constantly move our service forward. Working alongside your team, you lead from the front as a hands-on, technical, and servant leader. Responsibilities Lead a team of 10+ SOC Analysts (50%) Detect and respond to threats in our Mission Control SOC (30%) Deliver security projects to customers as well as internally (20%) Your Qualifications A successful candidate will have a strong interest/curiosity in information security, a solid understanding across the spectrum, and in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following topics: Endpoint, Identity, Network. Additional Qualifications: University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience At least two years security operations, system administration, penetration testing, or security software development Proven track record leading teams of more than five people for two or more years Reliable character, self starter, hungry to do more, exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills
