Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and identify any issues.
• Site Management:

• Direct day-to-day site operations, including civil works, MEP installations, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety briefings.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the project team, including site engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Foster a collaborative working environment to drive team productivity and morale.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Quality & Risk Management:

• Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks continuously and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Budget & Resource Management:

• Oversee the project budget, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Approve procurement requests and manage the cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily work logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to the senior management team.
• Document any changes to the project scope, timelines, or budget and ensure proper communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance & Legal Responsibilities:

• Ensure the project complies with all local regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Obtain and maintain necessary operational licenses and permits.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations that may impact the project.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both site-level and program-level tasks.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale hotel construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
