About the role The role is responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, develop overall architecture and review every production code. Key Responsibilities: As a Sr.Lead Engineer, you\'ll be responsible for: Ideate, implement and participate in ongoing projects, collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical leads, Architecture Center of Excellence and Developers functioning as technical SME Design and document technical specifications, configurations and customizations for out of the box, new solutions and systems integrations Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities Develop coding and configuration standards and best practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model Create and document technical governance processes Provide technical guidance and recommendations to developers on platform-wide development solutions Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform and its performance Strong hands on expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow in Service Catalog, ITSM Modules, Reporting/Analytics, Application customization, Service Mapping. Basic Qualifications Overall 8-10 years in Service Now development and architecting. 5-7 years demonstrated experience architecting and configuring solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CSM, Governance Risk & Compliance, HRSD and Agile modules Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement per project schedule Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs Must demonstrate critical thinking, solid judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions that optimize architecture activities across the platform Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: ServiceNow Application Developer, Administration and Implementation Specialist Certification ITIL V4 Certification Any standard programming language certification Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
