Educational Qualification
• UG: Computer / IT / Electronics Graduate (BE /B Tech / BS)
• PG: MBA / MS is not necessary, but will be advantageous
• Experience: 5 to 9 years
• Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of Developing Leads / Client Pipelines from Europe and Nordics.
• Month-on-Month: Meeting / Call targets
• End-to-end responsibility for prospect development (Cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, Video-Discussions, referrals, etc.).
• Must have hands-on experience and proven successes in Lead Generation for Europe and Nordics - Specific to IT Services / Digital Solutions and/or Staffing.
• MUST own up and deliver impressive client addition targets.
• The person will be given the opportunity to be developed/trained in Front-end sales for Europe and Nordics (direct Revenue Responsibility, International travel, Relationship Management, and Account Mining responsibilities over 2 to 4 years of successful Inside sales performance).
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate MUST have Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Candidate MUST have high energy, enthusiasm, ambition, and willingness to learn.
• Candidate MUST have the ability to line up discussions for senior management / Business Development Managers.
• Candidate MUST have hands-on experience in lead generation for Digital & IT services for Western Europe and Nordics.
• Candidate MUST have the ability and experience to get connected at senior management levels of Client Organisations (CEO, CTO, CIO, VP & Director levels) and build relationships.
+ Ability and experience of having impressive pitching and positioning at the CXO / VP level.
• Candidate MUST have the ability to get started quickly: Must have good IT / Digital / Embedded market understanding and connections.
+ Maturity, clarity, and experience are needed to generate new senior connections in organizations from Europe and the Nordics.
