Mode of Employment: ContractJob description:Content strategist is responsible for the below activities\xef\x82\xb7 Own project lifecycle and will be the Main POC for stakeholders\xef\x82\xb7 Developing a detailed content calendar to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate marketing initiatives.\xef\x82\xb7 Fully understands the strategic direction and create timelines & ensures assets are delivered on time, including content strategy and merch plan documentation\xef\x82\xb7 Host kick-off calls with working team including Strategy,CI, design, copy, business\xef\x82\xb7 Actions on feedback from all stakeholders related to copy/design changes, Sets any review calls with stakeholders (strategy, comps), provides context for the meeting.\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate project prioritization with stakeholders when POD is at capacityQualification/Education:\xef\x82\xb7 Graduation in any stream/specialization (without gaps)Experience/Requirements:\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in leading scrum teams\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive experience with identifying risks and resources constrains\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and presenting abilities.\xef\x82\xb7 A solid knowledge of user behaviour and user experience design.\xef\x82\xb7 Use content strategy to guide graphic designers, copywriters, and front-end developers.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of best practices for improving user experience (UX).\xef\x82\xb7 A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the discovery of major processes to appropriately scope projects and create documentation that explains the user experience, corporate strategy, and best practices.About CIEL HR (Payroll Company)Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry, powered by technology and analytics.
