These platforms are used by our Product divisions to design Nextgen products and systems.In this role, we are looking for highly motivated individual who has ability to work in our innovation stream who are responsible to experiment with new topics and technologies.Within SAFE framework, Scrum Master has key responsibilities in our organization : she/he is accountable for the squad ways of working, deliveries and for its continuous improvement. Scrum Master is empowered to get our squads moving & to make things happen. He/she will help boost Offer Innovation, Business deliveries through operational excellence.Primary Skills (Technical Competency):Must have skills

• In charge of 2 or more squad teams/feature teams, to collaborate with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers, architects to enable execution in alignment with the strategy and the backlog

• Identify and manage dependencies;

• Build effective working relationship between Product Owner, Agile Squads and stakeholders including management

• Support the Squad by helping remove impediments and facilitate the Sprint Cycles (with rituals & key events)

• Monitor and communicate the lead time in delivering customer & business values

• Promote Agile Values and mindset proactively, promote Squad team transparency & dedication

• Guide the squad focusing on creating high value per releases

• Drive continuous improvement by coaching Squads and Squad members in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self-improvement, and drive change management

• Master Agile and SAFE processes and fine tune them to Squad needs (e.g., mixing Scrum & Kanban to manage maintenance & development) while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery. Frameworks can change

• Strong engineering background in career as developer, leader either in Microsoft cloud technologies or embedded product development. Should be from engineering background only

QualificationsProfile and Qualification

• Overall, 7+ years of experience in Engineering Cloud or Embedded Product Development in C,C++

• MTECH/MS or BE/BTECH in Electronics/Computers Sscience/Electricals

• This position requires strong communication internal customers and self-organizing skills

• SAFE, Scrum and Kanban Experience and Education

• Languages: English (advanced)
