JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the SAP Production Operations Systems Analyst is to provide ERP systems support to SPX Flow business units using SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to plan and control production components and finished goods. This position will contribute to systems development and provide helpdesk support to SPX Flow user base.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of SAP PP and QM modules and supporting SAP functionality
• Analysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods and practices)
• Documentation of SAP ERP processes using prescribed systems analysis methodologies
• Configuration of one or more modules of SAP to meet documented user requirements
• Testing of configured SAP System
• Specification of reports, interfaces and special programs
• Education of key/end users in system operation
• Installation support after system go-live
• Resolve implementation issues to obtain system "sign off" from management
• Resolve business issues and user problems
• Progress resolution of SAP PP, QM and other SAP issues as assigned
• Liaise with users to ensure full understanding of business requirements and communication of solutions
• Record progress within SPX help desk systems

• Provide business systems expertise to senior management
• Provide support to Materials Supply Chain & Production ERP Manager to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Determination of best practice processes for business units utilizing SAP PP and QM modules
• Organize, participate in and facilitate business process re-engineering workshops
• Implementation of new processes and education of staff
• Support executive decision making process by providing SAP PP and QM Systems expertise.
• Contribute to Business Systems projects as Lead or Team Player
• Support Manufacturing and Quality business managers when dealing with production scenarios
• Project Management responsibility for systems projects as assigned
• Lead business process and business systems tasks on projects within Production Planning, Control and Quality Management process areas
• Produce functional and technical specifications to support development of interfaces and integration of SAP and other SPX Flow business systems
• Provide SAP expertise on scope, timeline and progress to Program and Project Management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
• 10+ years specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting SAP Production Planning and Quality Management with integrated functionality from other SAP modules, preferably with experience in a global environment
• At least two full cycle implementations of SAP primarily as either a Production Planning or Quality Management specialist
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and MS SharePoint
Preferred Education / Experience
• SAP Certification in either PP or QM
• 10+ years experience specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting a dedicated SOP software system
• Any additional experience configuring for SAP MM, WM, SD, PS, FI or CO modules
• Manufacturing industry experience
