Job Description

• S/4HANA FICO application experience including configuration, design, testing, compliance implementation (at least 4 to 5 full project lifecycle and at least one full cycle S4 HANA migration implementation) in greenfield or brownfield.
• Upgrade/migration experience from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA (or Brownfield implementation)
• Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation/conversion of SAP Finance and Controlling modules on the S/4 HANA platform in a public/private cloud/on-premises environment.
• Experience in Simple Finance and Controlling/S4HANA technologies. Project experience activities to include preparation, synchronization, conversion and post processing, table mapping for HANA, comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL
• Experience in Financial Month end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit (Task template, Task list) and Intercompany reconciliation process
• Should have exposure to different Indian and Global tax related solutions such as TAXWARE, vertex etc. and their configuration area in SAP ERP.
• Good understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules such as SD, MM etc.
• Good to have knowledge in Fiori Apps, Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Launchpad Designer configuration & feature and Fiori application types.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manufacturing Domain knowledge in FICO processes

Key Responsibilities / Role Description

• Design, build and deploy activities for S4HANA FICO module
• Hands-on system prototyping, testing and support.
• Drive client design workshops on the S4HANA FICO functionalities
• Multiple experiences with requirements gathering and solution design for the S4HANA FICO solution.
• Able to work effectively independently.
• Able to engage and educate clients on S4HANA FICO functionality then distil their requirements into clear and concise design documentation.
• Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution in S/4HANA.
• Ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution and ensure deliverables for FICO are successfully handed over for the closure of the project.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks within project structure as soon as discovered and not just when the delivery is due.
• Prepare Key user End user training and workshop materials and conduct the meetings.
• Ensure documentation of all key project deliverables and execute smooth transition plan to the Application maintenance team.
• Support Effort Estimation, Solution Standardizing, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team members.
• Strong client facing experience, Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn and able to translate requirements into designs and code / configuration.
