The Lead SAP Developer plans, assigns, and leads a team responsible for S4/HANA programming, design, testing, and debugging. The role involves performing complex system analysis, design, and programming tasks, ensuring integration of business processes with IT, and identifying innovative customer solutions.Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team in S4/HANA programming, design, testing, and debugging.
• Perform complex system analysis, design, and programming tasks.
• Maintain SAP Development standards, including non-functional requirements and cybersecurity.
• Participates in projects (i.e., Global SAP roll outs, Projects, Incremental releases, Work Requests, process improvements, etc.)
• Introduce new capabilities to meet business standards.
• Ensure team motivation and high performance.
• Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.

Desired skillset

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ years as a Software Developer in SAP.
• 3+ years as a Tech Lead in SAP Development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (FICO, WM/EWM, ME/MII, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, MDG).
• Expertise in SAP programming (WRICEF objects, ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData, UI5, RESTful ABAP, User Exits, BAPI, BADI, Reports, PF Controls, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, etc).
• Developing objects in/for S4/Hana and related technologies
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales OR In an Enterprise with multiple global locations, integrating with multiple enterprise systems and applications.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting any SAP programs effectively and with speed
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) in S4/Hana
• Good to have BRF+.
• Good to have SAP BTP development.
