for Sales LeadBase Location : Nagpur. 6 days a month travel to Aurangabad and 3 days to AmravatiPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective students interested in studying abroad, conducting seminars at colleges, and nurturing relationships with college authorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and highly skilled professional with a proven track record of selling services, excellent communication and presentation skills. The role will be based out of Nagpur and will require travel to Aurangabad for 6 days in a month to cover that region and 3 days to Amravati.Key Responsibilities:Mapping and visiting Educational Institutions: Identify Colleges and occasionally schools with the right target audience and ensure you meet the influential stakeholders periodically as agreed, to build relationships that will lead to generating student leads interested in pursuing international education opportunities.Conduct Webinars / Seminars: Plan and deliver engaging seminars at colleges/schools to educate students on Study abroad programs / our services and generate leads.Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute local marketing activities like organizing mini events at colleges and distribution of flyers / promotional materials at Youth hotspots like Caf\xc3\xa9 s etc. Represent KC Overseas in all local marketing activities in consultation with the Business Unit Head.Partnerships: Build relationships with various study centers to facilitate collection of leads of students studying in those centers.Sales goals : Meet or exceed the goals and targets set for lead generation every month.CRM and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and activities conducted, to report on progress and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the leads are processed and attended to on time and effectively.Benefits:

A Post Graduation in Marketing is preferred.2-4 years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling services, with preference given to those with experience in educational consulting or related fields.Own Conveyance: Must possess reliable transportation for travel to various places for carrying out day to day work.Strong Communication Skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential in addition to fluency in Marathi language.Presentation Skills: Ability to engage and captivate an audience during seminars and presentations.Goal-Driven: A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies in response to changing market conditions and student needs.
