We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead (Individual Contributor) our hospital solutions and Technologies business in the South and East India regions of India, focusing on the sales of OT equipment and hospital furniture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building and managing the distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned regions. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential opportunities for growth.


2. Sales Management: Generating the lead funnel, Improving the HST product awareness among the channels, users, Biomedicals and Purchase teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, customer engagement, and product knowledge.


3. Developing the KOLs Base: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other relevant stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


4. Business Development: Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to expand the company's presence in the South and East India regions.


5. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and their offerings. Develop competitive strategies to maintain a strong market position.


6. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth in the assigned regions. Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.


7. Training and Development : Conduct regular Product training and Demo for the users to enhance their product knowledge, and customer engagement.


8. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for reviews monthly. Lead funnel management through SFDC, Regular work reporting on BOOST.


9. Working with the support functions: Closely working with the technical, marketing, and clinical teams.
