PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
1This role is responsible to create and implement business strategies around:
a) Focus of on delivering financial benefits through optimization of trade spends, trade focused customer marketing spends . Additionally, devise plans/strategies for maximizing margin & mix improvement opportunities. Integrate innovation plans into margin & mix improvement plans
b) Pricing.
c) Build Analytics and data driven decision making capability in RPC Commercial to driven effective execution in clusters and the frontline .
d) Drive capability building for the commercial function to adopt to evolving operating model and aid in upskilling of talent to deliver business goals. Build, assess and manage capability building for 3rd party sales teams .
e) Responsible for implementing and managing critical tech business platforms for commercial Direct Reports:

a) Within the function: Managers - NRM, \xe2\x80\x9cSenior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Route to Market\xe2\x80\x9d
b) Other Roles/Teams: Customer Marketing, Cluster Leads, Sales Head,Analytics COOs
c) Divisions/ Departments outside the function: Finance BPs
d) External Interface: Consultants, Global Sales Team TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS 1. Qualification- MBA from Tier 1 institute 2. Experience- 5-10 years of Alco-Bev commercial knowledge + 2-3 years of analytics knowledge
