As we continue to expand our operations, particularly in India and the UK, we are seeking a skilled Lead Recruiter to join our team in Pune.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Product & IT roles across both India and the UK, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both regions to understand business needs and create effective recruitment strategies.Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps in India and the UK and develop solutions to fill them efficiently.Facilitate Interviews: Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews for senior-level positions in product development, engineering, and related fields, ensuring a smooth process and alignment with VE3\xe2\x80\x99s standards.Headhunting and Networking: Utilize your existing candidate network to identify top talent for niche roles, and proactively build and expand your network further to meet evolving business needs.Business Communication: Write and manage professional business communications, including emails, with excellent English speaking and writing skills.Candidate Quality: Deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines, ensuring they align with VE3\'s company values and standards.Job Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment, following the completion of your studies.Expertise in IT Recruitment: Demonstrated experience and understanding of IT recruitment processes and techniques, with a specific focus on both the Indian and UK markets.UK and India Hiring Experience: Proven experience in managing recruitment efforts for both domestic (India) and international (UK) markets, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of each region.Proficiency in ATS Platforms: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Zoho Recruit to manage the recruitment process efficiently.Experience with Job Portals: Familiarity with using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms specific to the geographic area for effective candidate sourcing.Headhunting Skills: Experience in headhunting and developing headhunting strategies for niche roles, including the ability to tap into new talent sources.Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with a strong ability to write and manage business communications effectively.Education:Graduation: B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.Masters: MBA/PGDM in any specialization.Key Skills:IT RecruitmentUK HiringIndia HiringEnd-to-End RecruitmentLeadership HiringTalent AcquisitionTechnical HiringHeadhuntingInterview FacilitationZoho RecruitApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)LinkedIn RecruiterIndeedUK Job PortalsBusiness CommunicationWhy Join VE3?At VE3, we value innovation, teamwork, and the drive to achieve excellence.
