Position Title

Lead - Maintenance

Purpose of Role

Performs complete overhauling of power transmission devices

Position Summary

• Carry out root cause analysis and propose solution and oversee implementation for plant requirements.
• Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Ensure mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected.

• managing design & engineering operations involving developing detailed drawings and calculations.

• Familiar with mechanical drawing and having different types of gears & bearings knowledge.

• Ensure on time servicing of Utility equipments.

• Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and industry regulations.

• Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation for ISO compliant.

• Having hands on experience on utility equipment as compressors, colling towers, centrifugal pumps etc.

• Preventive/predictive maintenance as per plan.

• Maintaining machine uptime

• Coordinating with AMC vendor.

• Working on different projects and can calculate BOQ as per drawing.

• Enforcement of safety standards.

• Having knowledge team management, cost control and day to day activity planning and execution.

• Having knowledge of VFDS.

• Having experience of machine like RST, RBD, wire rolling mill, tubular, skip, EOT crane, compressor and other utility equipments.

• Having experience of breakdown analysis for major and repeated BD.
