Lead Quality AssuranceRole DescriptionWe are offering an exciting position Lead Quality Assurance. In this key role, you will be leading our QA team of India. You will be responsible for managing QA laboratory and analysis of finished products and raw material within our internal timeline, it will help to support timely dispatches as well as speedup production process.Your Responsibilities

• Performing sample investigations as per internal and external customer request
• Partner with production for timely analysis of RM /FG samples and meeting daily target dispatches
• Responsible for implementation of ISO 9001 management system, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the system
• Setting up and management of the analytics lab
• Organization of instrument installation, training, and operation
• Lead the team to a high professional performance
• Handling of customer complaints and troubleshooting of quality issues
• Contact partner for the global operations teams for all matters concerning the area of responsibility
• Instrument management in SAP-PM
• Ensure maintenance of calibration records, logbook, and analytical reports
• Follow safety requirements to Zero work related accidents

Qualifications / Professional experience

• M.Sc./PhD degree in Chemistry
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Minimum 10 years of analytical laboratory work experience
• Basic knowledge of Titrations, and standardization of standard titration solutions
• Handling of lab equipment like UV, HPLC, AAS etc would be preferred.
• Candidate having knowledge of plating industry would also be preferred.

• Very good user skills for software used in the area of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
