: Job Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for end to end quality management, quality planning, quality assurance, for entire project rollout2. Responsible for bills of quantities 2. Liaise with mpcm and site engineers and monitor the bill certification3. Adhering to budgeted quantities & cost4. Monitor cost analyses of the various types of construction Project5. Monitor and control costs of project6. Responsible for payments to contractors7. Advise on any pending contractual claims8. Communicate for training to site engineers on qs and bill certification Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge about the technologies and tools 2. Vendor management skills3. Project management skills4.
