Job Description


Way Of Working : Employee will work full-time from their base location. Roles & Responsibilities: .Responsible for quality, food safety & regulatory compliance of all Private Label Organic food products. .Responsiblefor the setup & handling of end-to-end quality operations of Organic Staplesin the retailsupply chain. .Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals in his/ her zone. .Travel to multiple 3rd party supplier locations within the city and out of the city for Quality inspections and solving the issues. .Framing of SOP\'s & Systems for Organic Staples as per Organic Regulatory requirements. .Should have good command on leading the Organic Staples Project from development to Implementation. .Strong Technical Knowledge on Organic Certifications, APEDA Tracenet & Organic Labeling Guidelines. .Develops and implements food safety regulatory and quality strategic plan for Organic Staples in concert with corporate strategic plan. .Responsible for maintaining documentation of RM, PM & Finished goods as per Organic Regulation requirements. .Handling customer concern and putting appropriate corrective action .Identify areas of need to drive greatest improvement in food safety quality and product consistency for the facility providing positive impact to quality & Business driven metrics. .GoodTechnical Knowledge in Regulatory Requirements ofProducts, Packing Material & Labels. .Develop supplierQA team continuously through training, knowledge sharing and follow up. .Working and interacting daily with the 3rdParty RPC and corporate QA Team on projects related to Quality, food safety and efficiencies. .Guidance needs to beprovided from timeto timefor the SupplierQuality Team. Key Skills: .Ability to develop & lead the project Individually. .Should have strong experience in managing stakeholders and understanding of the strategic sourcing process. .Able to utilize and critically evaluate data from a variety of sources to identify root cause and lead teams towards resolution. .Proven experience as Organic Quality lead in staple Products. .Process oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. .Strong communication skills - verbal and written, ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences .Self-motivated, able to perform role with minimal supervision .Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment .Ability to work in a team environment to consistently achieve results & achievement. .Strong organizational skills .Demonstrates a positive can-do excellent teamwork attitude with strong communication/ information sharing skills .A self-starter capable of designing and implementing services/processes .Team player who can collaborate across multiple functional areas Qualifications: .BE /B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc -Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Processing Engineering/ Agriculture (Any UG/PG related to Food) .Minimum of8years direct working experience related to the Food Industry in which Min2-3years of Organic Staples leading Experience. .Should have Knowledge on Excel, Word, PPT.
