Previous experience of delivering successful testing outcomes as part of a large and complex test environments, mobilising the services of both internal and external/offshore teams is important. Working with external vendors and the complexities of managing acceptance and integration testing activities across vendor and internal systems end to end highly desired. The successful candidate will have an excellent test management and analysis skill with experience of a variety of test design techniques, technologies and have business domain expertise and experience of delivery in complex fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills will be vital in this role. Experience: 5 Years to 7 Years Location: Hyderabad Must-Have: Experience in defining test strategy, test plan and approach for critical business and change requirements. Experience in large scale project test management, and resource allocation. Experience in requirement analysis and risk assessment. Experience in leading teams, preferably in an Agile environment Experience in Functional Automation testing in ETL Development environment, SAP Hana, SAP ADP, BODS, CMC, Data Intelligence, Hana DB Explorer, Modeler, WebIDE, SAP Information Steward, etc., Domain knowledge and understanding of Equities, Fixed Income and Sustainable Investments products and testing experience is nice to have. Java and/or Python programming language and Automation Frameworks e.g. TestNG. Familiar with Rest API, Data Platforms, Databases Logical, Physical data models, Extraction, transformation and loading of data from various file types. Experience in Postman or other similar API test tools. Experience in Performance testing, and familiar with related test tools e.g. JMeter. div Self-starter - does what it takes to get the job done Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment Experienced, able and keen to work using Agile development methodologies Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Experience of test management tools e.g.,JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, TestRail Experience of DevOps CI/CD pipeline and build tools e.g., Jenkins, Maven Proficient using source code management tools such as Git or GitHub Familiarity with and/or accreditation in AWS or similar Cloud technology Good-to-have: Strong CI/CD build and automation pipeline knowledge. Experience with containerization and related technologies. Experience leading both local and remote staff. Education/ Certifications: A good relevant degree is desirable, but experience and the right approach to work are just as important. ISEB/ISTQB Certified - Advanced or Expert Level in Test Management. Scrum/Agile Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role: Lead and coordinate IDPS projects on requirement analysis, test planning, test execution activities, with clear Entry and Exit criteria for each test programmes that aligns with SAFe Agile principles and processes. Co-ordinating with SCRUM Development teams and ensure meet exit criteria before promoting code into staging environments. Manage a team of Senior Quality Engineers and Junior Quality Engineers. Provide leadership to team members. Creation of Automation Test Frameworks in BDD/TDD, Design Test scenarios for EPICs/Stories, Test completion reports and seeking appropriate signoff process in each Quality Gate\'s exit. Manage relationship with Product Development, Business and Product owners, define SLAs and KPIs for each delivery phases and ability to drive the quality outcomes through all stakeholders. Manage and monitor Test process, Test Governance, Defect management and provide pragmatic solutions for any critical issues in Testing. Work with the local management team to drive a \'quality first\' environment, not limited to Quality Engineering practitioners. Demonstrate Iterative improvement in the quality of our software and be accountable for the overall quality of releases.
