Minimum1-2 Years of Team Lead Python experience. Demonstrated ability to lead a software engineering team Working closely with project manager, quality assurance, business analysts and technical architect. Hands on experience developing with Python and frameworks such as Flask or Django Hands on experience developing automation solutions using Python. Strong experience designing technical solutions to business problems. Strong experience in code review and mentoring team on the best practices.
