Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
PMO Activities:
Handling all the PMO activities, Vendor Management, Financial Management, Resource management and Governance
Financial Management co-ordinating with projects estimation consolidation for External and Internal projects, Forecast plan update in clarity, Reclass template update for charging other projects, reconcile the adjustments, ensuring resource are enabled with timesheet until closure. Creating POs, invoicing on timely manner.
Report Management: Co-ordinating with central team for inputs requested, TPS, Annual budgeting, Reports for business/ Managements, Co-ordinating with central team or other teams for inputs requested either on a regular or ad-hoc basis, any billings justification, in case of Transfer to different department to provide all the inputs
Vendor Management: handling the internal SCBuy requests, process, approval and co-ordinate until closure. Tracking vendor commercials for Fixed bid consolidation and verify for approval, invoicing, PO creation. Fixedbid tracker update, calls with vendors resolving the issues,
Resource Management: Resource allocations in clarity, Leave Tracking, Access management for the resources, co-ordinating onboarding and off boarding raising relevant requests in the system, co-ordinating with Interview schedules and feedbacks, helping in employee engagement activities, tracking Mandatory eLearning\xe2\x80\x99s completion
Handling communications like Timesheet, Newsletter any wider communications
Handling Adhoc requests like resolving access issue, ID activation process, Laptop issues, sharepoint access, raising position management requests, WFM or Employee hiring Portal issues, billing issues, PO issues, guiding staff on travel related queries and other ad-hoc requests
Publishing of News Letters / Blogs: Collate list of staff to recognized for the news letters, encourage staff to write blogs, etc.
Coordinate procurement and delivery of staff gifts: Coordinate delivery of gifts to staff on a annual or bi-annual basis
BPM Activities:
Co-ordinating for all the BPM related activities for Data Technology front
Representing the forums to address the domain related issues and communications, centrally collating all the Conversion requests, Efficiency reports, TPS cost, Application level information, Managing hive mapping data at resource level, Managing and controlling the Head count, Hiring requests, Fedex requests, eproc requests,
Handling Hygiene activities at domain level, timesheet, scorecard, trainings, mitigating any anomalies
Review Cost Center report and ensure the charges has gone to right projects and any anomalies ensure to co-ordinate to correct the same
Handling the delegations for WFM, Fedex, eproc
Handling the hive leads and their 1 down team queries provide support on success factor queries and other process related issues
Our Ideal Candidate
Graduate with MBA (desirable); PMP (Project Management Programme) / ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certification will be an added advantage
Role Specific Technical Competencies
Strong Knowledge in Project Management
Excellent in communication (Oral and Written)
Very good knowledge in Finance and Finance terminologies (Accrual, Reclass etc)
Good knowledge and hands on experience in various tools (Clarity, JIRA, Axess, financial tools)
Excellent stakeholder management (Able to manage and communicate with all stakeholder and teams to ensure the work is done)
Problem solving and Analytical skills (mindset to solve the issues)
