Are you ready As a Lead SAP Project Manager you will be Project Managing a team responsible for rolling out SAP and integrating various solutions into our IT Landscape. Key Responsibilities Responsible for leading and driving our SAP programme for our Finance & Tax Platform, from continuing Solution Design, through build and test and onwards to a multi-year parallel release plan. Work with our platform team comprised of technology and business people and our consulting partners to shape, plan and deliver the deployments on a global basis; Develop enduring relationships with key leaders and senior stakeholders to effectively govern the programme and deliver significant benefits back to the business; Responsible for leading and driving our SAP S4 Hana programme for Finance & Tax from continuing Solution Design, through build and test and onwards to a multi-year parallel track release plan. Functional scope included ATR (Accounting to Reporting), PTP (Procurement to Pay) and OTC (Order to Cash) C&B (Cash and Banking) and Tax processes together with End2End process integration with our upstream customer facing platforms in a multi-year programme; Work with our Finance & Tax platform team comprised of technology and business people and our consulting partners to shape, plan and deliver the deployments on a global basis; Report progress to leadership and manage the agenda of the bi-weekly OpCo; Manage plans through to execution including shaping, driving, co-ordinating activities and providing daily updates on progress against plans; We are looking for While reading the following list, please consider that we value your whole skill set and expertise more than a list of \'must haves\'. Experience & Technical Skills At least 15 years\' experience in implementing SAP across multiple process areas for large complex organisations. SAP TM experience highly desirable; Significant experience of leading large complex, global, multi-year SAP Programmes; Experience of working with large diverse and distributed teams (including offshore) to deliver global template programmes and subsequent roll-outs; In depth knowledge and experience of SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager. Knowledge and experience of Agile methods also very useful; Experience of working collaboratively with consulting partners to deliver successful programmes Bachelor\'s Degree.
