CIM & SI
CIM Engineering & ExcellenceYou will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, leading multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.The Engineer is responsible for driving the technical areas of CIM projects.Responsibilities

• Drive identification of Systemic Root Causes for quality issues reported from field (CIM Projects)
• Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions from these Systemic Root Causes across various Business Units (R&D, Production, Service, etc.)
• To be able to identify the systemic links to a quality issue and collaborate with the right stakeholders to arrive solutions to the gaps in the processes.
• Continually improve the process based of feedback from internal stakeholders and enhance problem solving skills of CIM team and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years of industry experience
• Good exposure to processes related to Product Development, Manufacturing, Service in Wind Industry or Heavy Engineering domain
• Project Management and facilitation experience preferred
• Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be good to have.
• Ability to continuously propel and supervise change in the respective organizations - across BUs, functions, and cultures
• Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency, and integration - you know how to establish and develop profitable relations with customers (External and Internal)
• Exposure to multi-culture and international organization
