What You Will Do

As a manager in the Enterprise Integration organization, reporting to the Enterprise Integration Lead, this global role will be responsible for driving excellence in how we efficiently integrate our internal and external systems to leverage cross-functional data and processes

This global role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, design, and technical execution to deploy, manage, and support a portfolio of products & platforms that fuel the core of the business across areas including Commercial, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Corporate (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, etc.).

This leader will have the unique opportunity to grow and scale a diverse, credible team of talented engineers who work in an agile fashion to evolve our portfolio of products and platforms.

Position Title: Lead Product Analyst User Experience(UX)Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation throughautomation of PCservices and capabilities.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive PC experience improvement.
• Partner with external service providers tomaintain operational effectiveness PC UX management tool.
• Develop and execute adoption plans for new features of PC UX management tool (Nexthink).
• Identify opportunities / issue for proactive PC intervention based on user behavior, PC performance, application performance, etc.
• Defines and executes proactive PC performance improvement plans.: working service providers, how will help them to resolve the issue.
• Intake and refine business demand for user engagement campaigns and PC automation. - how will do they on boarding
• Demonstrate adoption and track value of changes to the PC environment through reporting.- cost and value

• BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Proficient with PC OS support e.g. Windows 11, MAC OS
• Proficient with PC UX management tools e.g. Nexthink or similar tool ( central capacity tool)
• Proficient with scripting tools e.g. PowerShell
• Experienceutilizingdata analytics tools e.g. Tableau, PowerBI
• Should have experience presenting and giving recommendations basedon findings. using investigation techniques
