As a role responsibility, you will be working alongside product and operations stakeholders supporting on Insights, product discovery, planning, forecasting and reporting. A key objective for this role would be to ensure better planning of the customer support teams, improving efficiency metrics and contributing to strategic projects for continuous automation and AI initiatives. You will analyse transactions or member behaviour, gather evidence, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to discover areas for action through product or operational initiative.
