? We are Hiring- TEACHERS/ EDUCATORS @ CATS LEARNING CENTRE- PRESCHOOL for Next academic Year 2024-25 AT BHOSALENAGAR, PUNE

Hello Ladies!!
Our team is growing and we are hiring enthusiastic female teachers (assistant / lead) who can impact lives of young children aged 1.5years -6 years

?Passionate about teaching kids of age group 2 years to 6 years.
?Fluent at English and has good communication skills (This is very important)
?Holds a degree/diploma in Childcare education and related fields
?Living around Bhosalenagar/ pune university( upto 10 kms ), preferred.
?Ready for offline teaching at the Centre in Bhosale Nagar, near Pune university (Please find us on google maps and do not apply without knowing about our school and location)
? Timing : 8.30 am - 4.00 pm (Full time position only, NO part time jobs available)?Joining from 1st April 2024

Location: CATS Learning Centre, Bhosalenagar, Range hills road, Pune

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Design and execute daily lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive atmosphere conducive to the overall well-being of preschool-aged children.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor individual child progress and tailor teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and dynamic educational experience for students.
• Foster positive communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom aides, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to promote parent involvement and engagement.
• Stay current on early childhood education trends, attending professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessments, and incident reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
