The position will be primarily responsible for providing client service to these groups for all inquiries as well as account governance/ownership, complex/custom reporting and events support Institutional Accounts. In addition, actively manage relationships with these teams, change/improve processes as service requires and proactively manage solutions to client needs due to trends and increasing customization.
