Drive PMG module on Oracle and ensure closure of PMS activities like Goals, Mid-Year and annual appraisals
2. Rewards
Develop and implement rewards programs aligned with the company's goals and competitive market trends
Design, communication, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
Design tax beneficial and law compliant comp structure
Provide leadership and guidance on compensation structures and service-related benefits to attract, retain, and motivate talent
Perform salary benchmarking and market analysis to recommend pay adjustments in line with industry trends
Design, implementation, and administration of incentive, bonus, and reward programs
Support audits, both internal and external, related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
3. Sales & Service incentive program
Develop and manage sales & service award programs
Implement programs that encourage retention, employee satisfaction, and loyalty
4. MIS
Utilize Oracle HCM to collect, analyze, and report on compensation, benefits, and incentive data
Generate reports for leadership, ensuring data accuracy for decision-making
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies regarding rewards and incentives
5. Change Management
Lead change management initiatives as per business needs
Drive implementation and integration of Oracle-based HR solutions and manage the transition. Train and support HR teams and employees during the adoption of Oracle HRMS. Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to optimize the configuration of Oracle
Drive implementation of Time and attendance online tool and ensure integration with Oracle
Continuously work to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure best practices are being followed
