:Job Title - PMO Manager, VP \xe2\x80\x93 App Decoms and Risk Remediation - F2B PMO Lead and IB Tech GovernanceLocation - PuneRole DescriptionProgram Management Office (PMO) enables and assures the optimal quality and governance of a portfolio of projects and/or programs by the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the relevant program and project framework, standards, and best practices. The office provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all change within an organization. Covers core topics such as enabling effective Risk Management, Benefit/Financial Management, Resource Management, Quality Assurance, Program Planning & Milestone validation. Ensures the relevant practices, tools, processes, templates, and other related output to support the day-to-day activities of Program and/or Project Managers.The scope of this role includes integrated business planning and processes, resource management, organizational capability building and benefits management. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of key outcomes designated to multiple programs that includes progress management, spend analysis, resource management, budgets and broad set of commercials across the IB & AFCC Technology function (primarily) with relevant, easy to consume business insights for senior management. In addition, you will also oversee the implementation of methodologies, standard best practices, quality improvements and quality assurance across program\xe2\x80\x99s scope of work.
The role is required to manage the Change the Bank Portfolio financials management on dbClarity as well as Cost management on the Provider side. Your role is also expected to support the execution of Headcount management, Organization strategy and support Business management and Vendor Governance activities (if required).The area of work will be as below \xe2\x80\x93
