• Lead the team of Bid Managers who are working for Order acquisition both in Domestic & International segment
• Support Bid managers in making a comprehensive offer and work with them at different phases of order acquisition such as Factory approvals, Bid / No Bids, Pricing, discussions with Design, Strategic Sourcing, other departments for competitive pricing, delivery slots.
• Direct engagement with customers for Presentations, Negotiations, Relationship building for closing of orders and for market feedback.
• Engaging with Domestic & International Sales Team for review of opportunities, offers, order lost analysis.
• Market analysis and forecast for strategic planning.
• To provide MIS related to Market, Competitors, Orders etc to management for various Business Review meetings.
• To meet KRA of Order booking & profitability as per defined budget.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and engaged individual, who has willingness to perform and further having growth mindset to work independently. He should have ability to work with different cross functional teams to overcome hurdles, dispute resolution, and provide guidance to bidding team.This role is based at Navi Mumbai, but occasionally you may have to travel for discussions and negotiations at customer\xe2\x80\x99s place.The ChallengeTo Keep pace with the Market and competitionThe CandidateYou should be a Graduate /Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineeringExcellent analytical skillsExcellent Communication, Presentation Skills, Result, Quality orientation & Customer orientationWell versed with the competition situation in Transformer MarketWell versed with the customers in Domestic & Export MarketExperience of 12+ years preferably in Order acquisition in Transformer Industry.We\xe2\x80\x99ve got quite a lot to offer.
