Summary As a Lead Network Engineer , you will be responsible for leading a medium/small cross-functional product and Program Core Team. You will lead projects through program planning and execution of network sustenance programs. You will work with the Program managers and project lead to ensure that the necessary skills and resources are effectively applied and delivering to plan. Essential Responsibilities: In this role you will - Manage all aspects of one or more Small to medium complex network projects / milestones from initiation through closure, implements comprehensive project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements Estimate, Plan & track all program activities. Manage daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. Lead the cross-functional Program Core Team to establish an integrated plan for resources and materials to deliver the new product program per the Product Program team commitment. Work with supply chain, service, QA, RA, Manufacturing, project leaders to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features/functionality Work with the functional engineering leadership team to grow project leadership skills within the Core Team Drive effective communication across businesses and functions through all phases of program life cycle. Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Leadership Guide the team to design & setup up various customer deployment environments which includes Systems, VM\'s and network. Use advanced troubleshooting techniques and networking skills to help team analyze and resolve critical N/W issues. Support the team to perform technology/tools evaluation and technical proof of concepts. Work closely with Product Definition team in order to drive product concept to delivery Qualifications /Requirements BE/ B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer science/IT, or MCA 10+ years of experience on designing and developing design solutions in network technology area. Experience in working with global teams using agile practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, Self-starter, Passionate, committed team player. Exposure to global quality & regulatory standards. Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet needs. Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization. Desired Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, motivate & inspire others, Ability to maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins Certifications & experience in Agile methodology / six sigma processes / PMP Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing people/projects/issues) Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork & networking skills Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the segment products Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle Demonstrated LEAN development skills Experience in healthcare related standards, data exchange protocols, Clinical workflows.
