This is a place where you\'re welcomed as your own perfectly unique self, and celebrated for the skills, talent, and perspective you bring to the team. : This is a very inspiring role in Networks Digitization team where you will use your knowledge and/or experience in Scripting/Coding/Data Science methodologies and apply them to develop in-house close loop AI driven self organizing platform. Also responsible to develop analytics based solutions that produce telecom Networks and customer experience use cases as well as quantitative and qualitative business insights. You will work in a highly collaborative environment where you communicate and plan tasks and ideas. Responsibilities and Duties: . Identify, analyse, quantify, and prioritize automation/product initiatives to achieve company goals, with alignment to business strategy and the product vision. . Develop clear and compelling product requirements for new features as well as existing product enhancements, including business justification, technical feasibility, and operational impact . Manage the end-to-end automation/product/tool life cycle, from planning through development and testing to production. Work in full collaboration with development and CFT teams . Responsible for e2e platform integration & testing with north -south bound systems/data sources . Must be able to communicate effectively and have detailed knowledge of data preparation and cleaning, algorithm selection & design, results analysis, industrialization. . Responsible to design & implement spectrum of use cases of self-organizing networks and their use in the field. Also possess a great deal of essential networking knowledge, such as understanding the 3G ,4G , Open RAN & 5G protocols and also understanding VoLTE . Perform audit of the data quality, document the data extraction and transformation needs Also parsing logic of various data format like XMLs, parquet file, asn1 coding etc for various data sources like PM/FM/CM/XDRs. Problem detection with RCA & Impact Analysis, Cross-domain Correlation. . Knowledge to propose, test and select the best machine learning algorithms using different tools and statistical methodologies to discover, describe and predict. . Skills and expertise to optimize networks. This can include using 3G and 4G coverage and capacity optimization or analyzing complex network data by using field-proven algorithms to determine how you can optimize a network and implement beneficial changes though automation . Responsible to design & build AI-ML algo & complex rule based flow chats , algorithms & complete use cases . . Responsible for writing the test & POC scripting- shell/python/ Linux/spark scripting and reproduction & debugging the issues . Qualifications and Skills: . Subject matter expert and evangelist of mobility-RAN/CORE , B2B & B2C e2e automation use cases . Strong knowledge of 4G/5G RAN based on 3GPP standards. . Hands-on experience in LTE/5G Access stratum protocols (MAC, RRC, RLC, and PDCP),Experience with LTE core system interfaces and protocols such as S1-MME, S1-U, NAS, S1-AP, X2-AP, RRC, GTPv2c, GTP-U is desired . Working experience in LTE Mobility, SON, OAM, performance, soak and KPIs validation. . Experience in testing of advanced LTE/5G features like 256 QAM, Carrier Aggregation, MIMO, Beam Forming, LAA. . Knowledge of NFV and cloud systems and Linux/OS X command line, version control software (git). . Good knowledge in Programming, scripting & ETL development- C++, Java, SQL, R, Python, and Functional programming. . Knowledge of Databases - MS SQL Server, Hadoop & MS Access. . Familiar with Hadoop Eco System & Cluster concepts. . Data Analytics / Visualization tools - Tableau, Qlikview, R-Visualization Lib\'s, MS office suite & Power BI.
