Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer specializing in Fired Heaters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of API 560, API 530, and ASME codes, and experience in heater detail engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Fired Heater Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of API 560, API 530, ASME relevant codes, and standards.
• Experience with Heater Mechanical Calculations including Coil Thickness and Casting Calculations.
• Detail Engineering:
• Proficient in preparing Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), Equipment Layouts, ETS, Header Boxes, and Pressure Parts.
• Ability to handle bought-out items such as Dampers, Air Preheaters (APH), Refractory materials, etc.
• 3D Model Review:
• Involvement in reviewing 3D models to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination:
• Communicate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure correct interface and integration.
• Interact with Procurement for Technical Evaluations and with clients regarding Engineering documents and 3D models.
• Project Management:
• Plan and sequence activities to achieve project goals.
• Supervise Design Engineers (Drafting) and coordinate within the discipline.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in Fired Heaters; alternatively, experience in Heat Exchanger/Boiler Engineering.
• Involvement in Heater detail engineering, including equipment layout, pressure parts, and handling of ancillary components.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong background in mechanical calculations and preparation of technical documentation.
• Ability to review and assess 3D models.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year
