Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1.Planning & execution to Achieve Daily / monthly Targets 2.Resource management ,Operator training 3.Resolution of Buy-off , Field , Field quality concern along with CFT 4.Ensure Updation of SOS , Stagewise audit , implement CAPA , DCP , MPPAP , PSW sign off 5. Co-ordination with SCM, Stores , Maintenance to achieve monthly target 6. Co-ordinate with Design , PED , CDMM , Program team for new project implementation 7. Action plan for reduction of Defects , Process rejection Experience 15+ or 18+ Years Industry Preferred Motor manufacturing industry Qualifications BE - Electrical / Electronics General Requirements 1. Problem resolution through Application of QC tools - 8D , 7 QC tools , Six Sigma BB etc 2. Good knowledge of motor manufacturing process 3. Good knowledge of APQP / MPPAP 4. Good knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001 , 45001 , 9001 5. SAP Knowledge 6. Good communication / Negotiation / presentation skills 7. Team player 8. Planning skills 5. Team building capability 6. Conflict resolution 7. Experience to handle 100+ workforce 8. Planning skills 9.Analytical Skils 10. Problem solving skills 11 .Funcational knowledge of Electrical system / Automobile system 12 .Resource management , Team building , 13 . Line balancing , New project launch experience
