Responsible for Managing Entire Lead Management Call Centre Operations and call centre manpower productivity.Effectively managing and implementation of new Initiatives at Call Centre.Driving various campaigns at Call centre level and responsible for Day to day Call centre Activities. * Campaign management \xe2\x80\x93 running various campaign Inbound and Outbound to maximise lead generation & conversion.
  • Responsible for new initiatives and coordination with IT team for new projects
  • Responsible for quality Lead Generation and conversion.
  • Call Centre Operation.
  • Agent Productivity & Performance Evaluation
  • Quality Lead Generation as per set Targets
  • CC SLA Monitoring & Compliance
  • Campaign management
