About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system and supporting the Sales Cycle business processes.
Strong working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Technical: Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel; and PowerPoint.
Experience in Salesforce CRM accessing lead, campaign, and account records.
Solid understanding of business transactions and end-to-end sales processes

What will you be doing in this role?
Reporting to Sales Operations, the Lead Management Associate will be responsible for validating and routing marketing leads to appropriate members of the LS&H Sales or Customer Care team.
Leads routing for all Marketing, Internal Sales and Customer Care leads. Ensure the lead information is complete, valid and that the account and contact are appropriate for LS&H Sales follow up. Re-assign in Salesforce CRM to the appropriate owner or designated point person per LS&H Account Alignment or reject unqualified leads.
Verify and enhance leads from events, webinars and 3rd party initiatives. Ensure lead information is accurate and complete and update key lead information and account owner form in excel.
Assist in reporting and alerts for aging leads. Pull weekly lead status report from Salesforce and notify lead owners and team leadership of leads requiring action.
Support quote administration & management interaction with sales, commercial policy, contract / legal, commission, product, billing, pricing and other key stakeholders to ensure deal progression, compliance and data accuracy.
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills that focuses on Salesforce adoption, training and support of users globally.
About the Team We are a 10+ team providing Sales Support and Sales Compensation end-to-end support and administration for Life Sciences & Health Care sales colleagues across the world. The department is part of a large Sales Operations function serving a community of 300 sales professionals.
