Responsibilities:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management
• Consulting experience, specific knowledge and experience in configuring/customizing PPM tools is a plus but not essential.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery issues and escalations.
• Knowledge of any project/agile/lean management tool such as Planview, Clarizen, CA Clarity, Primavera, HPPPM, JIRA is required.
• Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), taking corrective action as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery capabilities.
• Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, supporting them in resolving complex issues and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Should have intermediate-level knowledge on any SQL language (preferably Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL)
• Should have intermediate-level experience in building reports on reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to provide Status reports to Management.
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts to support US Customers.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
• Must have excellent customer facing, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations.
• Onboard customers which include activities like documenting processes, collecting requirements, performing Impact Analysis, design, Implementation and Supporting Hypercare
• Conduct Technical Interviews for roles within the Managed Services Organization



Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech, BSc, MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
