Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python programming, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and associated frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of AI and GenAI solutions for our Clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Natural Language Processing solutions leveraging Python and associated frameworks.
• Work on Generative AI models, specifically Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic workflows, LLM finetuning etc to create innovative and effective solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize Large Language Models for text generation, summarization, and related applications.
• Development, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Develop and deploy solutions on the Azure/AWS cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and guide ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
