Job Description
As a lead legal is accountable for overseeing all legal and compliance aspects within the company, providing expert guidance on legal matters to the management and protecting the company's rights in all business affairs.
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documents related to insurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters.
- Prepare legal reports for management.
- Develop and review legal and compliance strategies.
- Lead and manage the legal team to promote a culture of compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in law pertinent to the health insurance industry.
- 15 years of overall experience in the legal field, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Open to New Delhi as a location, WFO
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the health insurance industry.
