With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Assistant Manager-Learning & Content Strategy, L&D, to develop content for our learning offerings. You will work closely with the strategy and content team, to develop content based on role-specific competencies, our core values, business training needs, and the overall L&D Strategy. We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate about developing various forms of learning content and can visualize the criticality of these offerings in managing and developing our in-house talent.

What kind of work will you be doing? (Domain - Job skill requirement)• Continuously engage in Content Development and Design. Creating, ideating, storyboarding, and conceptualizing an entire learning offering from a Course Outline to the actual Course Content.
• Review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes.
• Track and use data to measure the progress, impact, and effectiveness of programs; report results to the team and company.
• Develop content based on competencies and hence a strong understanding of competencies is needed for this role. A Certification in Talent Management and or Assessment Centers will help.
• Content Design and a strong understanding of design aesthetics on various tools. A Certification in Instructional Design is a must.
• Additional expertise in curating e-learning content/byte-sized gamified modules through tools like Adobe and Storyline Articulate or any other tool will be an added advantage. Any additional design expertise will be an added advantage.
• Conduct BU Orientations on new learning offerings regularly; hence strong facilitation skills, collaboration with BU stakeholders, an ability to understand insights, and leverage on them to make the content more impactful are needed. (Explicitly managing stakeholders).

• Should have strong Interpersonal skills, a strong ability to deliver information in person, in writing, and in a digital world confidently.
• Should have a high sense of ownership in every task and responsibility, to ensure high-quality work is delivered within timelines. Prioritize well and manage multiple tasks diligently in an ongoing manner. Manage external & internal stakeholders.
• Should have an eye for Customer Focus; ability to think through the lens of the customer and changing behaviors and processes to ensure customer-first goal achievement. Be innovative wherever needed during this journey.
