Supply & Operations Manager Medium/Small SiteLead the S&OP monthly process at site level to ensure the validation of a manufacturing plan (production and quality release of active substance) at a tactical horizon, guaranteeing an optimal balance between the demand for active substance and the operational resources. Lead the site operational excellence journey to improve the performance, productivity, quality in order to ensure the site competiveness. . Site Supply Chain Lead Medium/Small SiteAccountable for the effective execution of the Supply Chain Processes performed at Site and the related SC services received by the NTO organizational units (Operations Centers, Logistic Hub and Site Development) in order to ensure Site Supply Performance at the expected standards and compliance with valid NTO\'s GOP, HSE and GMP rules.He / She chairs the Demand and Supply reviews according MRP II /NOSSCE standards Key Responsibilities: . Supply & Operations Manager Medium/Small Site -Facilitate monthly S&OP process in accordance with the NOSSCE policy on the S&OP process -Contributes to the demand Review with the customer (Global Supply Chain Management) in order to identify major changes and trends (ie products, volumes) to be taken into account in the site\'s \'Supply Review\'. . Facilitates the search for alignment at site level in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site\'s capacities in the medium and long term, by identifying in particular slots available in production and by facilitating the sharing of resources (staff, equipment, material) with the support of the Manufacturing unit HeadsSite Supply Chain Lead Medium/Small Site -Responsible to define Site specific SC services\' requirements as part of the formal SLA between Site and Ops Center . Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across operational and tactical planning -Establish an effective governance model for the Site to review and assess regularly the SC service effectiveness and relevant adherence to the define requirements and standards (incl. KPIs)Operations Manager Medium/Small Site . Facilitates the search for alignment at site level in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site\'s capacities in the medium and long term, by identifying in particular slots available in production and by facilitating the sharing of resources (staff, equipment, material) with the support of the Manufacturing unit Heads . Responsible to translate the demonstrated Site process capability into accurate planning parameters (e.g. yield and BOM adjustment, TPT & TPLT review)Associate Director, Supply Chain Management / Group Head -Lead Supply Chain projects to create, implement and continuously improve core processes and standards. . Act as Business Owner of Supply Chain Tools and Systems, nominate local business owners and super users to ensure governance of the processes of the unit and align the related position\'s key accountabilities with global Supply Chain BPO directions and ensure local business owners contribute to the continuous improvement of the defined Standards providing inputs and actively participating to Global initiatives.HSE & Quality. Ensure all activities in compliance with cGxP, incl. data integrity -Comply with all HSE guidelines -Detect and report potential accident, risks and propose solution .Support the TechOps - Lifecycle Implementation team and support LDC in the leading and managing implementation product lifecycle projects such launch, transfer, change, divestment and pruning etc. in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Regulatory requirements while creating value for the stakeholders across Novartis divisions across geographies. Experience working with a broad variety of stakeholders: Actively seek alignment with the experts from different functions (e.g. Supply Support Team (SST) members, CPO DRA, CPO demand planning, site tactical/ operational schedulers, Master Data Governance, Demand Management Center, other Supply Chain functions) and is in close collaboration with Project Lead / Life Cycle Manager. . Coach the team to plan and execute changeover activities with all involved functions and proactively addresses/resolves or escalates potential issues through the Project Lead or project team . Lead and manage assigned LCI projects and support team to execute the same .Lead and manage continuous improvement initiative. Act as functional lead and support LDC activities. Coach and train team members, Develop and mentor future leaders Desirable Requirements: .
