Experience:

5+ years as Team Lead or Senior Developer

Key Responsibility Area

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our software application.

Utilize Java Spring Boot ,Microservices for back-end services and Javascript, Bootstrap for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ensure that all development processes adhere to best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

Drive productivity improvements by integrating AI-powered tools and automation into development workflows, optimizing code efficiency, and enhancing team performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development.
Expertise in Java Spring Boot for back-end development and basic experience in front-end development.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Exposure to software quality & assurance

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java Spring Boot and Basic front end developement experience . Proven experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Previous experience leading development teams and managing projects.
