Job Description

• Proven background as a Core Java Developer, with a strong grasp onthe language's core concepts and principles
• Experience with designing and writing REST APIs, Jenkins, AgileMethodology.

• Experience working, integrating with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Experience in AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of data structure storage and caching
• Understanding of Kafka for building real-time streaming data

pipelines and applications

• Exposure to docker for automating deployment, scaling, and managingcontainerizedapplications

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code followingbest software development practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towardtroubleshooting and debugging

• Understanding of Drools framework and technologies.
• A team player who can learn tools, technologies, processes, peoplequickly and thrive working within a high-performance team

• Ability to empathize with customer pain points, understand theirrequirements / gaps

• Ability to quickly isolate problem areas and trouble-shoot a givensituation systematically

RolesAnd ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust Java Spring Boot applications, ensuringhigh performance and scalability. Deep understanding of micro-services.

• Utilize strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve complexissues in production and development environments.

• Deep understanding of Core Java Developer concepts and proficientin designing and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a "never give up"attitude towards tackling technical challenges. - Proven track record ofdelivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Implement and manage message queues like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka,including configuration and performance tuning.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2.0 / SAML, with familiarity in Ping Federate (Good to have).

• Knowledge in tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor theapplication and check for any issue.

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration(Kubernetes).

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLabCI/CD.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the abilityto collaborate effectively in a team environment.
