Position: Lead IT Recruiter
Location: Bhubaneswar
Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:The Lead IT Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the delivery of top-tier talent to meet the companys strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring IT professionals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the HR and leadership teams based on market research.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading a recruitment team.
