Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
Provide insights and recommendations to the HR and leadership teams based on market research.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
