Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the HR and leadership teams based on market research.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading a recruitment team.
