The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Integrity Technical Manager: Roles & Responsibilities : Preparation, implementation, maintenance and optimization of the pressure systems Integrity Management strategy Review and analysis of inspection records for all relevant equipment. This includes the development of the inspection programs, risk assessments and provision of risk-based Inspection and Test Plans and all statutory documentation requirements Development of Inspection plans Planning and scheduling of inspection Inspection result analysis, assessment and recommendations - Anomaly management Inspection recording and reporting in an IDMS RBI and updating of inspection and test plans Performance management Required Qualifications & Competencies: Engineering degree (Mechanical) 8+ yrs oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil&gas) Should have in service inspection experience in Pressure equipment like Pressure Vessels, Piping, Boilers, Furnaces, columns, Heat Exchangers etc. Experience with pressure relief devices inspection, Inspection report review, Risk based interval optimization Experience with pressure relief device inspection, maintenance, and/or repair/replacement/procurement Exposure in inspection management of pressure equipment, piping etc. Exposure in Storage Tank inspection report review and interval optimization Exposure in Thickness monitoring program for Pressure equipment and piping etc. Experience with Meridium IM, TM & RBI Modules and SAP Experience with PRD Data Sheets, P&IDs, and Isometrics Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication (written and verbal) in interacting with multinational customers/ site engineers and in answering technical queries. Maintains project database and adherence to company/customer quality assurance process. Should be able to train and mentor junior team member by creating training material and conducting training sessions. Required Soft Skills: Able to prepare information and communication in a clear and concise manner for different audiences Thinks clearly during rapidly changing situations and respond to questions even when unexpected Values and is ready to learn from different points of view Knows how organizations and industry works and how to obtain results through formal channels and informal networks Comprehends and integrates available data into usable formats to assist with work Asks questions to understand problems and gathers information needed to identify cause Desired skills: Experience in pressure relief device sizing and selection Exposure to Upstream Facilities Engineering activities Experience with SharePoint for document management Experience with Meridium.
