:Payments Platform within the Payments Technology group is looking for an Infrastructure Manager (IM). As an IM, you will leverage your understanding of technology and finance to manage the ecosystem (Mainframe, Distributed and Cloud). You must be adept at leveraging advanced Excel capabilities to analyze budgets with precision. Recognized for attention to detail, effective stakeholder collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. Look for ways to allocate Infra resources more efficiently to maximize profits. You will use your understanding of how technology helps achieve business goals to organize finances, prepare reports, monitor spending and create cost-benefit analyses.Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish priorities, manage IT infra resources and budgets, monitor and report Infra spend, identify and address anomalies in monthly bills.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable.
  • Partner with Central Program and Execution teams to track the progress of Infrastructure projects and firmwide programs.
  • You\'ll play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture.
  • Seek opportunities to implement cost saves across the estate.
  • Provide support to teams for a wide range of infrastructure related initiatives and projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience as IT Infrastructure Project Manager and financial analysis.
  • Solid analytical mindset with ability to execute thorough financial analysis and experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
  • Provide forecasting support, identify cost saving opportunities and resolve billing issues.
  • Support the periodic IT Infra Planning exercise by capturing, pricing, and scheduling new investment, capacity growth, tech refresh, Data Center exit, app retirements.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel to streamline data analysis, create dynamic financial models, and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making and Good understanding of technology infrastructure (distributed and cloud), and cost management.
  • Partner with application owners to disseminate and execute on their infrastructure project plans, and ability to track, adjust and report on the financial spend tied to these projects.
  • Possess a meticulous eye for detail in budgetary planning and execution, identifying potential discrepancies and communicating on time to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to quick grasp the working of various planning tools available in the organization (corona, ihub, iplan etc.)
  • Liaise with AD teams, CBTs, Solution Architects, PMs, DBAs, SAs, Finance, Estate Managers etc. to ensure successful project deliveries.
  • Organize data into accessible reports, perform various types of analysis using key metrics and communicate status to relevant stakeholders for each project.
  • Exhibit the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of budget-related tasks and providing real-time updates to key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with various levels of management within an organization, including executive and senior management; strong influencing, negotiation and networking skills; ability to develop strong client relationships; ability to work cohesively within a team as well as work independently where required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; keen attention to detail.
