Responsibilities:
Content Management JD Must Have
Good to Have Technologies : - IBM Content Manager, OnDemand, IBM WAS

Tools : - JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow

Methodology : - Agile

Scripting : - Python, Shell scripting

Responsibilities -
• Working experience on IBM Content Manager 8 Installation, configuration, support, and maintenance
• Administration knowledge of Library server, Resource manager server
• Installation/configuration of II4C interface
• Working experience in CMIS installation, configuration, and knowledge in CMIS work bench for insert/update/delete of Document.
• Installation, configuration, upgrade of IBM Content Navigator Application
• IBM OnDemand application Installation, configuration, and administration
• Creation of OD Report/folder/application
• Knowledge in Tivoli storage manager
• Experience on Z/OS for IBM OnDemand Application with IBM Mainframe
• Installation/Configuration of ODWEK interface for IBM OnDemand and Content Navigator
• Knowledge in IBM WebSphere Application server (Installation, Configuration, and upgrade)
• Knowledge of IBM Liberty server
• Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
• Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
• Able to troubleshoot, analyze & Optimize environments leveraging thread & heap dumps.
• Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
• Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
• Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues.
• Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
• Able to perform Disaster Recovery
