: : Senior Backend Engineer Experience Range: 6+ Years
Work Location: Pune
Notice Period: 0-30Days Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in backend development using Java/Scala
• In-depth understanding of Data Structures, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Web Services (REST) at scale
• Hands-on experience in SQL/NoSQL database design and implementation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and build tools like Maven/Gradle
• Advanced troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• Experience developing applications and services on AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Strong understanding of unit testing (Junit/Jupiter), regression test suites, and automated test workflows
• Knowledge of modern Java libraries and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in configuration management and batch processing
• Knowledge of automated deployment strategies
• Exposure to architecture-level decision-making and best practices

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services, APIs, and backend systems
• Write efficient, reusable, and high-performance code
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop microservices-based solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit test cases and following best development practices
• Improve software development processes and contribute to technical decision-making
